These terms cover the website design service offered through this site: one custom website for a local business, built from the details you provide.
What you are buying
A custom single-page website: your business name, city, services, opening hours, contact details, photos and reviews, laid out with wording we write for you. You review it before it goes live.
Reviewing the preview
You receive a private link to your website. Nothing is public and nothing is owed until you pay. Corrections you ask for before paying are included.
Price and payment
The one-time price is shown on your preview. Payment is taken by card through Stripe; card details never reach us. Your website unlocks automatically the moment the payment clears.
Your content
The photos, logo and wording you supply remain yours, and you confirm you have the right to use them. Once a website is paid for, the content on it is yours.
What we keep
We may reuse the layout, code and approach in other websites we build. Your private notes, prices and correspondence are never published on your website.
Changes after launch
Small corrections in the first 30 days are included. Larger changes, new sections or new pages are quoted separately before any work starts.
If something goes wrong
Tell us and we will fix it. If the finished website does not match the preview and we cannot correct it, the payment is refunded under the refund policy.
