This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It covers this site and the websites we build for businesses.
What we collect
The details you give us to build a website: business name, address, phone, WhatsApp, email, opening hours, services, photos and reviews. We also keep the email address used for your receipt and for messages about your website.
Payment information
Card payments are processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and the email address on the receipt. We never see or store full card numbers.
How we use it
To build and update your website, to send you your preview link, receipts and notices about your site, and to answer your questions. We do not email your customers or sell your details.
Who we share it with
Stripe, to take payment and issue receipts, and our hosting provider, to serve the website. Nobody else, unless the law requires it.
Preview links
Anyone holding a preview link can view the preview before payment, so share it only with people you choose. After payment the website is public at its own address.
How long we keep it
For as long as the website is live, plus a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Ask us to remove your details and we delete the website and your information, apart from payment records we are required to keep.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Use the contact details at the bottom of this page.
Cookies and tracking
This site and the websites we build do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics. Signing in to manage your website uses the session cookie that keeps you logged in.
