The preview is free to review. Payment is a one-time fee for the website you were shown, and this policy explains when it is returned.
Looking before you pay
Your preview is free. If it is not right, tell us and we will adjust it, or simply do not pay — nothing is owed.
If you change your mind
Tell us within 14 days of paying and, as long as work on post-payment changes has not started, we refund the full amount to the original card. Refunds are handled by Stripe and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
If the website is wrong
If the finished website does not match the preview you approved, we fix it at no cost. If we cannot fix it, we refund the payment in full.
What is not refundable
Custom work already delivered beyond the preview you approved, and a domain name or other service bought on your behalf once it has been registered.
How to ask
Send us a note with the business name and the email address you paid with. We reply within two business days.
